List of kinds of work and activities, which the production arranges

• Business meeting and presentation
The head producer of a certain product is a businessman, who communicates with customers and direct the project realisation.

• Evaluating of the available materials (pictures, texts and sounds) and their formats, quality and price
At the beginning of the multimedia application development the customers give us their materials, on which the application is based. The head of production undertakes these materials, the production team evaluates their quality and applicability and in case of necessity suggests their exchange or creating new materials.

• Scenario of an application
Having to spoken to the customer or having seen the written concept, a proposal of the application concept is made. The customer corrects this concept including approximate estimate of price (top level). After the correction the customer gets a detailed scenario and more accurate estimate of price (top level). When the calculation is accepted the preparation and development of the application itself begins.

• Design preview, collection and making of the materials
The production team:
• arranges the design preview of the application
• collects the available materials in time
• arranges making of new materials and adjustment of the given materials. It means video digitalisation, picture scanning, converting of sound as well as given pictures, given in electronical shape, into the needed formats.
• wants translation of all the texts or arranges it on its own

Special conditions refer to the database applications and www presentations.
• first the structure of the application is consulted with the customer
• the customer gets so called database filling system, which he/she fills with dates or gives us the dates and pay the filling.

• Design and other backgrounds
When the design preview is approved and all the background materials are collected, the design development begins. At the same time creating of other necesarry background materials takes place. (video, choice or creating of sounds and sound effects, sound comments and animation making). Depending on a customer´s requires it´s possible to create a fully-working preview of the application (it means that the application is already partly programmed). This service is taken as something above the standarts and is also paid separately.

• Composition of texts and picture backgrounds into the design, database creating
Finishing of picture design and photos making, text composition, finishing of other parts (videos, animations, sounds, sound comments, bacground music), database creating.

• Programming - development of multimedial work
During the programming the production team looks after the connnection between the realisation team and a customer. Its job is to solve needs of both.

• Testing
Functionally approved work is tested. It´s useful when the work is tested by the customer as well and furthermore on several computers.

• Work delivery
The customer gets the product on CD-R master. The production team possibly arranges the CD duplication, CD pressing, instalation of the application to computers on display, putting the www pages on server and so on.

• Update and maintenance
The production team is in in touch with the customer all the time and they together solve immediate needs of the application updating or corrections.

• Offer of new products or other services
The production team offers the customer new possibilities of use of his application, corrections of the application in accordance with the latest trends, or new, connected services (e.g. multimedia cataloge adding, possibilities of fulltext searching, offer of appropriate banners for making your application more lively etc.)

The order begins to be realized after, according to scenario of the multimedia work, the advance-payment invoice is released.
